Position Overview:
The HR Operations Jr. Associate will have responsibility for processing, maintaining and auditing employee data (new hires, status changes, separations, relocations, etc.) and the related data integrity. The Jr. Associate will help with downloading DocuSign packets, and verifying all new hire, status change and separation forms. This role may also assist in finding and working on opportunities for process and/or system improvements and related process mapping and documentation. In addition, this role will have responsibility for assisting in audits to ensure data accuracy. Attention to detail and analytical thinking is critical in this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
Supports HR Operations, which serves our HR Business Partners across the globe to support new hire, status change, separation processes and/or system needs - Responsible for timely and efficient data entry, maintenance and management into our HRIS (SAP) or other systems, including all transactions throughout the employee life-cycle (i.e., new hires, status changes, separations) working in conjunction with the business partners, budget and the payroll departments
- Intake of all new hire packets and related processes: downloading packets, verification, creation of employee online folders, etc.
- Assist with process and/or training documentation and process mapping
- Assist in building and maintaining electronic employee files
- Works in partnership with payroll team to validate employee data
- Works in partnership with payroll team to validate employee data
- Helps run audits on master data and all data processed to ensure a proactive approach to the accuracy of data while minimizing risk of errors
- Assists in special projects as needed
Internal Qualification Requirements1-2 years’ work experience
High School Diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred
Understanding or desire to learn about the employee life-cycle and related HR operations
Working knowledge of SAP or similar HRIS system (a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
