The Communications Intern will support a wide range of communications activities within ICCT’s China program and will report directly to the China Communications and Public Relations Manager.

You Will:
- Support the communications team in executing branding and visibility initiatives.
- Assistwith research and analysis related to communications content, including the collection and basic analysis of communications data.
- Support the regular update and maintenance of ICCT’s Chinesewebsite.
- Assistin the planning and execution of events and provide support for communications-related projects.
- Support translation of communications and research-related materials.
- Complete other communications-related tasks as assigned by the Communications Manager.
You Have:
- Enrollment as a third-year undergraduate or above, majoring in transportation, environment, journalism, international relations, English, or related fields.
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum duration of 6 months.The position requires the ability to work onsite at the office at least two days per week.
- Strong bilingual translation skills (Chinese-English).
- Excellent Chinese writing skills, with strong comprehension, analytical, and logical thinking abilities; adept at content research and analysis.
- Good informationretrieval skills and familiarity with common news and regulatory research tools.
- Proficiencyin Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and other related software.
- Experience withWeChat operations andwebsite content management systems isanadvantage.
- Strong interestingreentransportation, environmentalprotection, and climate change.
- Highly responsible, with strong teamwork skills, self-motivation, and executioncapacity.
Our benefits
The internship contract will have a duration of 6 months, withpotentialextensionto12 months. You will work in our Beijing office. ICCT will provide a laptop and other office equipment as needed. We are offering a salary ofCNY3,200 a month(96hoursamonth).
