Responsible for defining, managing, and optimizing processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of ML B2C contracting activities in Portugal, with a focus on energy products and services such as Electric Mobility and Solar. This role will involve close collaboration with various areas of the organization, including Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office teams, as well as cross-functional areas such as IT and Analytics, to ensure continuous improvement of procedures and the implementation of new initiatives.
What you will do:
- Ensure the definition and compliance of operational procedures, and support the implementation of new tasks and improvements;
- Collaborate in resolving operational issues and implementing efficient solutions, contributing to cost reduction;
- Support the mapping and documentation of contracting processes, ensuring continuous updates and high-quality procedures;
- Formalize and respond to requests from other B2C areas, whether operational teams or business teams;
- Monitor final testing phases and support the go-live of process changes;
- Transfer knowledge and procedures to operational teams, ensuring their correct application in day-to-day activities.

What are we looking for:

- Up to 2 years of relevant experience;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and quality orientation;
- Basic skills in process analysis and proficiency with Office tools;

- Strong motivation to learn and develop;
