Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineer, Renewable & Sustainable Energy, or related major from reputable University

Having min. 5 years of relevant work experience in business development, project management, or a related role within the renewable energy or energy sector.

Having extensive experience with renewable energy projects (e.g., solar, wind, hydro, etc.)

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Ability to conduct and analyze feasibility studies for renewable energy projects, evaluating financial viability and technical performance.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
