Supervise and enhance manufacturing processes to ensure optimal efficiency.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve product manufacturability.
Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues.
Develop and maintain detailed production documentation.
Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure material availability and quality.
Perform comprehensive testing, including load bank tests, performance tests, and commissioning of new gensets to ensure they function according to operational standards.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with diesel engines and generator sets.
Conduct electrical diagnostics, repairs, and installations on control panels, alternators, wiring systems, and synchronization setups.
Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, technical documentation, and compliance records for all testing and repair activities.
Ensure all testing and maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, CEIG, and electrical safety standards.
Strong understanding of diesel engine systems, alternators, electrical schematics, and control panels (AMF, ATS).
Proficiency with testing equipment, including load banks, and the ability to interpret test results.
