Key Responsibilities<\/b>

Customer Interaction:<\/b> Act as the primary customer contact, delivering exceptional service.
<\/li>Inquiry Handling:<\/b> Handle inquiries, complaints, and escalate issues as needed.
<\/li>Product Knowledge:<\/b> Stay updated on company products, services, and trends.
<\/li>Customer Experience Improvement:<\/b> Identify and recommend improvements for customer experience.
<\/li>Technical Support:<\/b> Assist with product setup, troubleshooting, orders, and returns.
<\/li>Database Management:<\/b> Maintain accurate customer records in the database.
<\/li>Post -Purchase Follow -Up:<\/b> Follow up with customers post -purchase for satisfaction.
<\/li>Reporting:<\/b> Generate reports on customer satisfaction and improvements.
<\/li>Training:<\/b> Train new customer service representatives if needed.
<\/li>Team Collaboration:<\/b> Participate in team meetings and improvement initiatives.

Education: <\/b>Diploma/ degree in Electrical/ Electronics field preferred
<\/li>Experience:<\/b> Experience in customer service or a related field.
<\/li>Skills:<\/b> Excellent communication, problem -solving, and multitasking skills.
<\/li>Technical Proficiency:<\/b> Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office.
<\/li>Mindset:<\/b> Strong organizational skills and a customer -centric mindset.

Industry Experience:<\/b> Industry -related customer service experience.
