You'll play a pivotal role in advising developers, expertly drafting and negotiating crucial tax credit transfer agreements, and navigating the intricacies of financings, mergers, and acquisitions within the renewable energy landscape. You'll collaborate closely with a team of leading attorneys, contributing your sharp judgment and ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency.
