Industrial Millwright / Mechanical Technician
Travel:Up to 90%
We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on professional with strong mechanical aptitude to build, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and systems. This role requires expertise across multiple trades — including machine repair, pipefitting, sheet metal, millwright work, ironwork, and welding.
What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair pumps, compressors, blowers, fans, gearboxes, shafts, bearings, seals, and couplings
- Fabricate and maintain piping and duct systems
- Perform equipment alignments, balancing, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and overhaul machinery and mechanical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings
- Safely rig, lift, and move heavy equipment using hoists, cranes, and dollies
- Assemble, align, and install equipment foundations and components
- Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives (OSHA & PSM compliance)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in industrial or mechanical maintenance
- Strong blueprint reading and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to plan work, solve problems, and make precision adjustments
- Comfortable working at heights and in a variety of environments
- Willingness to travel frequently
