Location: Hillsboro, OR
Shift: Monday – Friday
Work Schedule: Onsite, 7:00AM – 4:00PM
We are looking for an EOH&S Administrator who is passionate about safety and sustainability. In this role, you’ll lead environmental, health, and safety programs that protect our people and our planet. You’ll ensure compliance with regulations, champion continuous improvement, and collaborate across teams to embed safety into everything we do. What you’ll do –
- Manage environmental, health, and safety programs to meet regulatory and company standards
- Conduct facility inspections and audits and lead investigations to prevent future incidents.
- Develop and deliver training on emergency response, hazardous materials handling, and workplace safety.
- Maintain accurate documentations and reports for compliance, such as Risk Assessments.
- Parter with teams to improve processes and support company goals.

QualificationsEducation and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in EOH&S or equivalent applicable education and work experience is required.
- Knowledge of U.S. environmental markets and regulations required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work assignments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with all levels of personnel.
- Proficient knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001, Federal/Regional/State OSHA, EPA, DHS, NFPA, FDA, DEQ, RoHS, JICOSH, UK Reach, EU Reach, SEC, and EOH&S required.
- Certifications such as CSP or HAZWOPER are highly preferred.
- Advanced PC skills are required, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may work in a warehouse, manufacturing, cleanroom, and/or office environment that is subject to moderate to high levels of noise, specialized apparel, safety equipment, and moving mechanical parts. This position will have exposure to and use of materials listed in the company’s Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

While performing the duties of this job, the employeeconducts primarily light work with occasional periods of standing, walking, reaching, climbing stairs, squatting, talking, listening, inspecting, pushing, and pulling. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Job may have occasional exposure to chemicals, refuse, permit-confined spaces, and outside elements. Repetitive motions (movements) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers are required.
