Depending on your background and interest, as Energy & Environmental summer trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks within data and documentation, Mechanical & Piping Engineering, Instrumentation & Automation, Process Engineering or Product & System Engineering. You will learn how engineering disciplines (mechanical, process, instrumentation, automation) work together in global industrial projects and gain practical skills in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, E3D), data analysis, and technical documentation. Your tasks will provide insights into project execution, product development, and customer solutions.
We have summer jobs available in our locations in Jyväskylä, Vantaa, Tampere, Lappeenranta and Raisio.
What do we expect from you?
Whether you study Energy, Environmental, Mechanical, Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering, or a similar field at a University or University of Applied Sciences, these positions could be a great fit for you. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Finnish is often considered an asset. Good knowledge of IT systems and tools commonly used in your field of studies, such as 3D modeling software, PDM systems, Power BI, MS Excel or MS Project, is an advantage.
We appreciate initiative, flexibility and a positive attitude towards learning. Job requires strong teamwork, good communication and well-developed problem-solving skills. You are comfortable working in a global environment and willing to share your ideas.
