Responsibilities
Finance
Assist in the compilation of management reports for financial reporting
Prepare, standardise and upload budget templates across countries
Explore process automation for compatibility with TM1
Input and verify property level budget data
Review and enhance financial data collation/reporting templates/processes (e.g. TM1 mapping, Financial Authority Limits for leases)
Explore AI to improve financial reporting and analysis processes
Risk & Sustainability
Assist in the preparation and execution of the Annual Financial Risk Assessment of Key Tenants
Collect supporting documentation and analyse financial data to identify potential risk exposures and reporting of risk findings
Assist in gathering, organising, and analysing sustainability-related data and trends (e.g. environmental data)
Support the preparation of sustainability reporting
Collaborate with the team to conceptualise and develop AI-based tools to facilitate tracking and monitoring of existing and emerging risks and key emerging trends / issues and regulatory developments on sustainability / ESG
Support data integration and visualisation efforts to improve tracking and reporting efficiency and providing insights to key stakeholders in a timely manner
Day-to-Day Departmental Support (as and when required)
Assist with the preparation of Trustee Instruction Letters
Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing finance, risk and sustainability initiatives
Perform any other projects or tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Business, or any other related disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (in particular, formulas, pivot tables, and data validation) and PowerPoint
Good communicator and team player and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across diverse backgrounds
Prior knowledge in accounting and AI development / machine learning / data analytics would be advantageous
Prior knowledge or interest in sustainability-related subject matter / climate reporting would be advantageous
