DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
- Configure and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs.
- Perform desktop and endpoint support for users, including hardware, OS, and application issues.
- Administer Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and basic Azure or cloud environments.
- Handle user account management, group policies, and access controls.
- Monitor system health, storage utilization, and network performance; respond to outages or alerts.
- Support and implement data backup, disaster recovery, and antivirus/security policies.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, SOPs, and compliance with internal IT policies.
- Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for infrastructure upgrades.
- Participate in infrastructure projects like migrations, upgrades, or deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent technical education.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or network support.
- Good working knowledge of:
- Windows Server OS, AD, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting
- Networking basics (IP, subnetting, VLANs, firewalls, switching)
- Endpoint management and IT asset lifecycle
- Experience with cloud environments like Azure or AWS is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and service request handling.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
