Identify and develop new business
opportunities while building a strong, sustainable network within the
energy and clean energy solutions sector.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

analyse client needs in depth, and translate insights into compelling,
value -driven solution proposals.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Strategically position our portfolio in the
energy market and present customised concepts, market studies, and
consulting services to corporate clients.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Structure, optimise, and professionalise
sales processes within the Energy business unit, creating scalable
workflows that support long -term growth.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Further develop the Energy sales strategy
by defining clear objectives, KPIs, and budget and revenue targets, and
ensure their implementation in a transparent, data -driven manner.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

team, coach colleagues throughout the entire sales process, and foster a
performance -oriented, collaborative, and appreciative sales culture.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Completed commercial training or a degree
in business administration, ideally with a focus on sales or business
administration.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>7+ years of proven experience in B2B sales,
preferably within complex, consultancy -driven services in the energy or
sustainability sector.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Demonstrated leadership experience,
combined with the motivation and ability to lead and inspire a sales team.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Previous responsibility for budgets and
revenue, or a strong willingness to assume this responsibility in a senior
role.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Excellent communication and negotiation
skills, a strong closing mindset, a structured approach to work, and a
high level of reliability and professionalism.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
