Maersk Offshore Wind is hiring Offshore crew for our Wind Turbine Installation Vessel currently under Construction at Seatrium Shipyard in Singapore. The new build is expected to be delivered in Q4 2025.
In this phase MOW is looking to recruit for various key positions to assist with New Build operational Familiarization and Commissioning of equipment and vessels systems.
In the following crewing phases, more crew positions will follow, and we expect to have the full marine crew in the course of 2025.
Candidates with experience from Offshore Wind Turbine Installation projects, Construction vessels, new build commissioning, planned maintenance systems, spare parts and procedures will be preferred.

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Able Seamen / General Purpose Crew.
Key responsibilities
The Able Seamen / General Purpose crew is responsible for assisting in duties or tasks that may be assigned to them under the instruction of vessels management.
The following are some of their, but not limited to, key areas of responsibility:
- Work under the job description as laid down in the safety management system as applicable to rank.
- Establish basic knowledge of the Company Safety Management System and work under these procedures and risk assessments.
- Undertake duties assigned by Master, Chief Officer, Chief Engineer, or department head.
- Liaise closely with Chief Officer/Chief Engineer to plan and arrange day to day maintenance of the vessel.
- Conduct deck watch-keeping duties as per STCW regulations, when required.
- Assist with mooring stations duties.
- Conduct accommodation and cleaning duties as directed by superiors.

You have solid previous experience in position.
Preferably from vessels engaged in offshore project, oil & gas or wind business.
Have good craftsman skills
You fulfil the below minimum requirements
- Certificate of Competence (Combined II/4 or II/5 + III/4 or III/5)
- Basic STCW Certificates
- Medical Certificate (STCW)
- Yellow Fever Vaccination
- Discharge Book
- Eligible for US Visa
- Capable of passing the Helicopter under water escape training (HUET) course.
- Capable of passing the Helicopter landing officer course (HLO)
Below education/courses is an advantage but not a requirement

- HOIT

- IATA Dangerous Goods
