The EHS Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe workplace culture. This role provides leadership, guidance, and hands-on support to operations teams, ensuring that EHS risks are identified, controlled, and continuously improved.
Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, safety, and occupational regulations (OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001/45001, local/state regulations).
Maintain required permits, documentation, and reporting.
Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
Develop, implement, and update site-specific EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
