As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of enterprise-wide learning programs by ensuring smooth coordination, flawless logistics, and an exceptional learner experience. Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will work closely with HR partners, facilitators, and business leaders to support training operations, manage learning systems, and contribute to the success of our development initiatives.

What you will accomplish with us:
•Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual training programs, including scheduling, materials, rooms, technology, and communications;
•Manage training calendars, registrations, attendance tracking, and participant follow-ups;
•Support facilitators and subject matter experts with agendas, pre-work, presentations, and session materials;
•Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrollments, course setup, reporting, and data accuracy;
•Support virtual learning sessions (Teams), including setup, troubleshooting, and participant support;
•Collect evaluations, compile feedback, and prepare summary reports and dashboards;
•Respond to learner and manager inquiries with timely, professional support;
•Contribute to continuous improvement of learning processes and the overall learner experience.
What You Bring to Our Team:
•College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Adult Education, or a related field;
•2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR coordination, training support, or a similar role;
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
•Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint);
•Experience supporting training logistics, events, or LMS administration;
•Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset;
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
•Bilingualism (English/French) is required;
•Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or virtual training delivery is an asset.
Compensation Information:
Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
Supplemental Pay Types Include: annual bonus
