We are implementing SAP SuccessFactors and are looking for a passionate HRIS Analyst to support configuration, integration, and optimization of our new HR platform. You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure a seamless employee experience that complies with Canadian standards.

What you will accomplish with us:
• Configure and test SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, LMS, etc.).
• Participate in design workshops and system integration activities with payroll and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure data quality and security in compliance with privacy laws.
• Provide Tier-2 support and contribute to biannual release updates.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Support training and change management initiatives to drive adoption.
Compensation Information:
Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
Supplemental Pay Types Include: annual bonus
The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
What You Bring to Our Team:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HRIS experience, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of Canadian HR and payroll practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bilingual in French and English.
Assets
• SAP SuccessFactors certification.
• Experience with payroll systems (Nethris, Dayforce, ADP).
• Project management or change management certification (PMP, PROSCI).
