LogicLadder is seeking an Onboarding Specialist, Customer Success to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our new customers, ensuring they understand the full capabilities of our Sustainability Cloud platforms, and setting them up for long\-term success. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving adoption, and building strong relationships with our customers.<\/span><\/span>

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/div>

<\/div> Develop and execute customized onboarding plans for new customers, ensuring timely and successful implementation of our Sustainability Cloud platforms.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, providing clear and concise communication.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> Configure and set up customer accounts, ensuring accurate data integration and platform customization.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> Conduct regular check\-ins, training sessions, and demos to ensure customers understand the features and benefits of our platforms.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> Provide real time solutions related to software, networking, servers issues<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> Develop and deliver training sessions to educate customers on the usage and best practices of our Sustainability Cloud platforms.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> Monitor customer adoption and provide guidance to ensure they are getting the most value from our platforms.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> Assist customers in aligning sustainability initiatives with BRSR reporting requirements, ensuring data is captured and structured for compliance.
<\/li> Support clients in identifying, tracking, and reporting ESG metrics as per BRSR frameworks and disclosures.
<\/li> Provide guidance on integrating BRSR\-related KPIs within the platform for improved transparency and reporting

<\/li> Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> Familiarity with sustainability and environmental concepts is desirable.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> Familiarity with sustainability, environmental concepts, and BRSR\/ESG reporting frameworks is desirable.â<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

2+ years of experience in customer\-facing roles, preferably in onboarding, customer success, or technical support. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> Experience with SaaS platforms and data analytics tools is a plus.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> Track and analyze key onboarding metrics, such as time\-to\-value, customer satisfaction, and adoption rates.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on onboarding performance and customer health.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes and improvements based on customer feedback.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Good to have :<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/div> Familiarity with data analysis and interpretation in the context of sustainability and environmental metrics.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to sustainability, such as,BRSR\/ESG .<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> Familiarity with cloud\-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure, can be helpful for managing data and applications.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as ZOHO, can be helpful for managing customer interactions and data<\/span><\/span><\/span>
