Carbon Fibre (F1) Painters & Preppers
Location: Northampton, UK
Shift: Night shift only (Monday–Thursday)
Salary: £50,000 per annum + benefits
Role Overview
Mara Recruit is actively recruiting four experienced Carbon Fibre Paint Preppers for a permanent position based in Northampton. The successful candidates will be responsible for the preparation, painting and finishing of Formula 1 carbon fibre parts and components within a high-performance motorsport environment.
Key Responsibilities

Preparation, painting and finishing of carbon fibre F1 parts and components

Surface preparation including sanding, masking and defect rectification

Applying paint systems to a high-quality finish, meeting exacting standards

Working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced motorsport environment

Adhering to all health, safety and quality procedures
Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in carbon fibre painting and/or prep work

Background in motorsport, automotive, aerospace or composite manufacturing

High attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

Ability to work night shifts on a Monday–Thursday pattern

Full right to work in the UK
