What does the job involve?
The Office administrator Denmark is the overall responsible for supporting the Equinor office in Copenhagen within the areas of facility management, office operations and administration. The position reports to country manager Denmark, SVP Power Global Offshore Wind. Part-time position, office based.
What will my tasks be?
Within this position, your key tasks will be to:
Design and implement office standards and procedures, e.g. visitors, desk bookings, new employee onboarding, employee lunches, other catering requirements.
Manage external service providers to deliver on office needs (e.g.lunches, water, cleaning, etc.)and responsible for ensuring prompt processing of invoices related to office lease and provisions.
Work with internal EquinorFunctional Centres ofExcellenceand other resources to deliver IT, procurement,HRand other servicesto Copenhagen, incl invoicing andworkflow.
Help ensureofficesecurity,safety,healthand welfare,inclparticipate in emergency response exercises as required.
