Identify, develop, and onboard new OEM clients across India

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing OEM partners
<\/p><\/li>
Achieve assigned monthly and annual OEM sales targets
<\/p><\/li>
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and long -term supply agreements
<\/p><\/li>
Drive bulk sales of solar products including Solar Panels, Inverters, Lithium Batteries, and BESS<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to meet OEM technical and customization requirements
<\/p><\/li>
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing dynamics
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure timely collections and adherence to payment terms
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and MIS reports
<\/p><\/li>
Represent Loom Solar at OEM exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

Achieve defined annual OEM revenue targets

Acquire 8–10 new OEM clients<\/b> annually

Improve gross margins by 3–5%<\/b>

Maintain 90% or higher sales forecast accuracy<\/b>

Ensure 95% on -time payment collections<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain customer satisfaction score of 4.5/5 or above<\/b>

Experience
