1. Framework Agreement Execution
- Translate signed framework agreements into executable project-level contracts through structured planning, negotiation, and agreement with customers.
- Ensure commercial terms align with master frameworks and Infravision’s Delegation of Authority.
- Track utilization of committed volumes; provide visibility to leadership and support renegotiation where required.
- Standardize contracting practices to reduce risk, improve cycle time, and support scalable growth.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary commercial interface for key customers, building high-trust, long-term relationships.
- Understand customer priorities, investment cycles, and emerging opportunities, enabling proactive engagement.
Partner with the Chief Customer and Aviation Officer to strengthen strategic relationships at senior levels.
- Identify cross-project expansion and upselling opportunities to support revenue growth.
- Represent Infravision with credibility, professionalism, and technical depth.
3. Technical Estimation & Commercial Support
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to scope and price drone-enabled stringing services.
- Ensure pricing, budgets, and schedules reflect accurate delivery capability, risk, and cost structure.
- Provide commercial input during bid development, project planning, and risk assessment.
- Recommend strategies to protect margins, accelerate contract closure, and enhance customer value.
4. Collaboration with Operations & Leadership
- Work closely with operations leadership to ensure project commitments are deliverable and supported by resource planning.
- Facilitate alignment between commercial decisions and operational capacity.
- Support cross-regional knowledge transfer, sharing lessons learned from large-scale deployments.
- Provide leadership with insights into customer priorities, risks, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
5. Market & Contract Intelligence
- Monitor customer investment programs, competitor activity, regulatory changes, and industry trends.
- Provide insights to inform strategy, pricing, capability development, and future negotiations.
- Represent Infravision at industry events, customer forums, and technical discussions to enhance brand presence.
