Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the production team to complete the various production indicators and targets.
- Develop and optimize production plans, oversee production activities, and ensure the completion of production tasks.
- According to the production operating plan, monitor the production progress, coordinate various workshops, allocate labor and balance the scheduling of equipment and materials.
- Establish rules and regulations on production progress, safety, quality, etc standards.
- Strengthen equipment management, propose update and renovation plans, regularly organize maintenance and upkeep, and improve equipment integrity and utilization rate.
- Cost control for manpower, equipment and materials planning.
- Hold regular production meetings, analyze the production situation and propose solutions and measures to solve problems.
- Prepare and implement material procurement and supply chain plans, and timely solve production shortages of materials.
- Be responsible for technical and quality assurance work, promptly solve problems and report major problems directly to management.
- Participate in a training program in South East Asia and China as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or two years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in PV module, semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment or related manufacturing operation preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve production goals and quality objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication of goals and expectations.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Competency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
