Roles and Responsibilities
- Supporting market survey submissions.
- Analyzing market information and trends.
- Developing compensation budgets and projections.
- Develop visually engaging reports and dashboards to help stakeholders understand. complex compensation and benefits data.
- Support benchmarking and pay range development processes and systems.
- Identify and executing on process enhancements and automation opportunities to streamline data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support effective decision-making.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests and contribute to special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the data analytics. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
Desired Characteristics
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel including visual basic are essential for this role.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Experience with Workday reporting and processes.
- Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to document, plan, and execute programs.
- Data Enthusiast: A passion for working with data, including data extraction, transformation, and interpretation.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.

- 3-4 years of experience in data analytics area, preferably in Human Resources, ideally with focus on Total Rewards
