What impact you’ll make:
As a member of the Finance Systems team, you will be an active contributor to the simplification of the Power systems infrastructure and standardization of the COE processes ensuring adequate financial flows and closing routines.
Job Description
Provide support for SOX compliance to include resolution of Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts across financial systems, partnering with cross functional teams as related to Oracle and SAP technologies
Support legal entity compliance initiatives across alljurisdictions, partnering closely with cross functional teams
Drive technology initiatives for subledger accounting resulting in optimization and automation
Coordinate system integration, planning and execution, including maintaining data integrity and process continuity, as related to merger and acquisition activities
Support ledger-based reporting initiatives ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Major experience in financial systems, compliance, or related roles
Strong knowledge of SOX requirements and internal controls
Experience with ERP systems (SAP and/or Oracle)
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools
Analytical mindset, flexibility to pivot strategy and can-do attitude
