What impact you’ll make:
The Enterprise Solutions team deploys, enhances and manages all ERP platforms in the GE Vernova Power segment. Our versatile team boasts unique expertise across enterprise technology platforms and business processes. The ERP Finance Technical Program Manager will help accelerate our journey to become a self-sustaining, world class ERP organization. This role will lead a highly skilled global partner team who are responsible to support successful delivery in a complex landscape of ERPs. The candidate will set goals & objectives on business outcomes, agree on supporting ERP capabilities and critical design decisions, as well as deployment and continuous improvement priorities for Finance ERP scope.
Job Description
Responsible for driving scope, practices, and overall IT strategy for the central Finance processes including but not limited to SAP PowerMax. Develop Target process model & solution design for business functions to provide productivity and drive alignment across all affected functional stakeholders applying lean methodology and emerging technologies (AI).
Drive ERP landscape simplification by collaborating with other value stream leaders as well as Data Lake reporting and Finance ecosystems. Interface with business process owners and functional leaders to map out existing and future processes/sub-processes, data sources, data models, systems, and workflows into a common enterprise-wide data model within application framework.
Collaborate cross-functionally, working with a variety of teams to identify and prioritize ways in which the product can support our internal processes, and our business users in more efficient and effective ways. Demonstrate ability to influence functional and development partners through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills.
Leverage your domain expertise; you are expected to further the knowledge and improve productivity of your colleagues with activities such as creating learning content, giving presentations, and supporting a continuous learning culture.
