What impact you’ll make:
The Enterprise Solutions team deploys, enhances and manages all ERP platforms in the GE Vernova Power segment. Our versatile team boasts unique expertise across enterprise technology platforms and business processes. The Finance IT Technical Program Manager will help accelerate our journey to become a self-sustaining, world class Finance IT organization. This role will lead a highly skilled global partner team who are responsible to support successful delivery in a complex landscape of ERPs and Finance applications. The candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives to automate and streamline Finance processes and serve as the AI Ambassador for the Power Finance community.
Job Description
Partner with the Power Finance team to deploy and support Agentic AI and Gen AI solutions to drive automation, reduce waste and add value to the business.Build the strategic vision, objectives and multi-generational program roadmap for AI initiatives aligned with Finance organizational strategic goals and Hoshin.
Implement best practices in program management, including resource allocation, risk management, scope changes, say-do-ratio & quality management.Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or deviations proactively; Coordinate execution across multiple projects and drive shared approach and outcomestracking. Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies.
Leverage your domain expertise; you are expected to further the knowledge and improve productivity of your colleagues with activities such as creating learning content, giving presentations, and supporting a continuous learning culture.
