Managing teams of self-perform crews and any subcontractors that may be assisting
Tracking and controlling the costs, schedule, materials, and personnelof the project at the field level
Responsible for overall safety of personnel within the scope of work
Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the field in a timely manner
Providing regular coaching and feedback to Assistant Superintendents and Forepersons
Ability to review the bid package for accuracy, completion, and electrical scope
5 years’ experience supervising self-perform construction crews
Progressive view on both safety practices and program implementation
Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test
Willingness to Travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations
Proficiency in areas such as underground cable installation or cable terminations including up to medium voltage 345kV
Electrical Licenses (Journeyman, Master, etc.)
Four-year degree in a construction or engineering related field
