<\/div>Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>
Develop
country sustainability strategy & action plans aligned with the organisation.
<\/li>Integrate Environmental, Social and
Governance (<\/span>ESG) into business processes, oversee Environmental and Social Management System
(<\/span>ESMS) implementation.
<\/li>Lead
ESG risk management, CSR, community investment, reporting.
<\/li>Support
Net Zero 2030 & 2045 objectives; stakeholder dialogue &
governance.
<\/li>Guide
senior management teams, coordinate with HR, Procurement, Finance, HSE,
BD.
<\/li>Oversee
ESG in projects (development to decommissioning), contractors, budgets,
stakeholder engagement & grievance mechanisms.
<\/li>Ensure
compliance with local laws & EU directives (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, Duty of
Vigilance).
<\/li>Quarterly
reporting, sustainability committees, awareness & training.
<\/li>Represent
the organisation with shareholders, lenders, authorities, NGOs, industry
bodies.
<\/li><\/ul>Requirements:<\/b>
<\/p>
Bachelor’s
/ Postgraduate degree (socio -economic / environmental sciences /
sustainability).
<\/li>10+
years in ESG incl. large -scale project management.
<\/li>7+
years applying best practice ESG standards.
<\/li>Proven
senior -level ESG advisory experience.
<\/li>Flexibility
to travel.
<\/li><\/ul>Competencies: <\/b>Achievement orientation, innovation,
