Primary Responsibility : Lead Generation & Prospecting
<\/p>
• <\/span>Identify potential industrial and commercial customers suitable for 100 -1000 KW
<\/p>
• <\/span>Use cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, field visits, and channel partner networks to generate
<\/p>
new leads.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Schedule site visits, client meetings, and engineering assessments.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Present company profile and basic technical overview to prospects.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Prepare weekly order pipeline and monthly booking forecast.
<\/p>

Requirements<\/h3>
• <\/span>Basic understanding of solar EPC: modules, inverters, structure, BoS
<\/p>
• <\/span>Ability to read bills, analyse load profiles, and understand plant sizing
<\/p>
• <\/span>Strong research and outbound calling capability
<\/p>
• <\/span>Self -driven with high follow -up discipline
<\/p>
• <\/span>Great negotiations skills, fluency in both English or Hindi or regional language
<\/p>
• <\/span>An attitude to get things done, problem solving skills, Passionate for achieving goals
<\/p>
• <\/span>Rigorous follow -up and Negotiation Skills to build relationship with Client.
<\/p>
• <\/span>Must have own vehicles, Travel is must for this role
