What will you do?

Your main challenges will be:

Teach Civil Engineering courses with high academic standards, under a context of innovation and continuous improvement.
Incorporate digital education tools to enrich the teaching-learning process.
Actively participate in academic communities and in linkage projects aligned with the School’s strategy.
Contribute to student attraction and retention, strengthening the sense of community and belonging on campus.
Maintain continuous professional development with at least 40 hours of annual training in your discipline.

What are we looking for?

Education: Civil Engineering degree with a Doctorate (preferred) in areas such as materials, structures, hydraulics, or transportation.
Experience:
- Proven teaching experience at the higher education level.
- Knowledge and experience in academic or administrative management.
- Participation in research or technological development projects related to your area of expertise (desirable).
Competencies:
- Minimum English level: B2 (CEFR).
- Ability to innovate, commitment to academic excellence, and a strong vocation for service.
