Job Qualifications-
- 10+ years of safety management or leadership experience in electrical, construction, or industrial trades
- Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 standards and construction safety practices
- OSHA 30 required
Preferred Certifications
- OSHA 500 � Trainer Course in OSHA Standards for Construction
- OSHA 510, OSHA 511, OSHA 521, OSHA 2264
- OSHA 3015, OSHA 3095, OSHA 3115
- CSP, ASP, or CHST certifications
Additional Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills across field and office teams
- Experience developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard safety management platforms
- Clean driving record, valid driver�s license, and ability to pass background and drug screening
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, sit, reach, and handle tools or equipment
- Ability to lift/move up to 45 lbs
- Vision requirements include close and distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
- Work environment ranges from quiet office settings to high-noise construction sites
- Position is primarily office-based with scheduled field visits
