Job Qualifications-

10+ years of safety management or leadership experience in electrical, construction, or industrial trades
Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 standards and construction safety practices
OSHA 30 required

Preferred Certifications

OSHA 500 � Trainer Course in OSHA Standards for Construction
OSHA 510, OSHA 511, OSHA 521, OSHA 2264
OSHA 3015, OSHA 3095, OSHA 3115
CSP, ASP, or CHST certifications

Additional Requirements

Strong leadership and communication skills across field and office teams
Experience developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard safety management platforms
Clean driving record, valid driver�s license, and ability to pass background and drug screening
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently with sound judgment

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, sit, reach, and handle tools or equipment
Ability to lift/move up to 45 lbs
Vision requirements include close and distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
Work environment ranges from quiet office settings to high-noise construction sites
Position is primarily office-based with scheduled field visits
