In Australia (the world leader on rooftop solar and a 2-way energy grid), we’ve proven that the cheapest, fastest and most rewarding way to reach 100% renewables is to automate the growing wave of home batteries, EVs, and other smart energy devices.
Customers get direct access to the real-time electricity prices and the technology to shift energy usage to the times when cheaper renewables are available in the grid and export to the grid at times when the price they can be paid for it is highest.
We are a clear market leader in energy automation in Australia, and are now partnering with utilities across Europe to bring our technology to European markets and consumers.

You’ll be joining a growing local team of 10-15, and be part of a global team of over 175, with expertise across energy, technology, marketing, and operations. This role sits at the heart of Amber’s mission to accelerate the transition to 100% renewables. You will be joining a passionate, purpose-driven team where your work will have a direct impact on reshaping the energy industry and empowering customers to take control of their energy usage.

As Product Manager your focus will be getting Amber’s tech into the hands of millions of European homes to allow them to unlock the full value of their energy devices.
You'll be working with our European and UK utility partners to help bring products based on Amber's technology into market, and then help make them a success in the market once live.
You’ll be passionate about solving real customer problems with Amber’s product and motivated by launching a product in new regions and taking them to scale.
You’ll coordinate across product, tech and commercial teams to get it done in a way that delivers incredible value to both our utility partners, but even more importantly delivers incredible experiences to the end-users.
This is a full-time role to be ideally based in the UK or mainland Europe (working on BST).

£65,000 - £85,000 a year
💰 Salary range - Anywhere between £65k and £85k base per annum. All roles at Amber include employee stock options over and above the base salary and pension.
