Main Responsibilities:
Quality Management & CfD Compliance
- Ensure that project planning and execution meet client specifications, contractual obligations, commissioning requirements .
- Ensure that project documentation, test results, and certificates align with Contract of Differences (CfD) obligations and grid compliance requirements.
- Review and verify technical documentation, inspection plans, and testing procedures in line with client expectations.
- Support commissioning teams with quality assurance, performance verification, and documentation prior to COD (Commercial Operation Date).
- Liaise with clients, lenders, and certification bodies regarding project QA/QC and compliance reports.
- Support company ESG and quality standards and supervise local company compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and client-specific CfD requirements.
Health & Safety Management
- Maintain and update HSE documentation for company projects, including risk assessments, method statements, safety plans, and permits.
- Monitor compliance with H&S policies and procedures across project sites through reports, checklists, and audits.
- Review and approve subcontractor H&S documentation; ensure competence and training compliance.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports for management, clients, and regulatory authorities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure environmental compliance in line with CfD sustainability and ESG reporting obligations.
Reporting
- Maintain records and prepare QHSE performance reports for management and clients.
- Lead or participate in internal and external QHSE audits.
- Support corrective and preventive action plans based on audit results and incident analyses.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in QHSE management within industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects, with solid knowledge of QMS, QA/QC procedures, and CfD or grid-compliance requirements;
- Strong ability to review, validate, and manage technical documentation, inspection plans, testing procedures, and commissioning records prior to COD;
- Demonstrated competence in HSE management, including risk assessments, method statements, subcontractor documentation review, and on-site compliance monitoring;
- Experience in preparing and delivering QHSE reports, audit documentation, and corrective/preventive action plans, working with clients, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, lenders, auditors, and internal teams, ensuring alignment with ESG and company standards.
