Mid to Senior Level Project Manager
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience + guaranteed 13th Cheque + Discretionary Performance Bonusses
Working hours: Monday – Friday 07:30- 16:30
Area: Pretoria, Moot area

Our client that specialises within the commercial solar industry has an opportunity for an experienced SNR Project Manager to join their team in Moot, Pretoria area

Role Overview:
The role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of renewable energy projects – ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure full compliance with industry regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of renewable energy projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum requirements:

Afr / Eng speaking
5+ years project management experience within the solar, engineering, construction, or EPC industries.
Experience in Solar PV projects larger than 10MW (minimum 5 MW)
Proven track record managing large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, solar PV systems, and battery energy storage solutions..
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
