We are looking for a results-driven and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth and visibility for a renewable energy company in a competitive and evolving market. This is a full-time, flexible role that combines in-office collaboration with a strong focus on client engagement and field sales. The initial contract will run for 6–12 months, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in building and executing sales strategies, comfortable with technical products (preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors), and capable of translating technical benefits into compelling value propositions for clients. While an engineering background is not essential, a working knowledge of relevant technologies is important.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to position the company in the market.
Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue client leads to generate sales.
Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Support brand awareness and visibility through targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth goals.
Report on sales activities and pipeline development to senior management.
