As a Solar Technician, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment of solar energy systems by assisting in various tasks, including assembling racking systems, installing solar panels, and supporting equipment management. WHAT YOU’LL DO<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
Solar Panel Installation:<\/b> Assist in the assembly and installation of racking systems and solar panels, ensuring all components are securely and accurately positioned.
<\/span><\/li>Team Collaboration:<\/b> Work closely with the Mechanical Foreman and fellow technicians to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to project specifications.
<\/span><\/li>Equipment Handling:<\/b> Under supervision, manage and transport tools and materials to and from the job site, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
<\/span><\/li>Site Maintenance:<\/b> Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
<\/span><\/li>Problem -Solving:<\/b> Address and resolve minor issues that may arise during installation, escalating more complex problems to the Mechanical Foreman as needed.
<\/span><\/li>Training and Development:<\/b> Participate in on -the -job training to enhance skills and knowledge related to solar installations and safety practices.

Requirements<\/h3>
Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred; experience in solar installations is a plus. <\/span>
<\/li>Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
<\/li>Ability to use hand and power tools safely; basic understanding of electrical systems is beneficial.
<\/li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
<\/li>Commitment to following safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
<\/li>OSHA 10 -hour certification or willingness to obtain.
