As an intern at Invenergy, you will have the opportunity to:
Applicants will be considered for internshipsacross ouraccountingdepartment.Our accounting interns will be selected to join one of the following accounting teams:
Operations Accounting:AsanOperationsAccounting Intern, you willparticipatein the day-to-day accounting functions ofapproximately 1-2operational energy power production plants. You will also research intercompany transactions, prepare quarterly financials, and conduct internal audits of accounting processes and procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
Assistingwith the coordination ofproject treasury, banking, and cash flow analysis, including project cash reconciliation
ConstructionAccounting:As aConstruction Accounting Intern, you willparticipatein development accounting including project cost tracking and reporting, processing of project A/P, and constructiondrawprocessing.Your responsibilities will include:
Assistingwith the support of the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statement schedules, annual compilation of footnotes, miscellaneous financial reporting requests, and annual audits
Workingroutinely with Project Managers, Development, Finance, and Treasury on a variety of job-related topics including insurance and contract agreements
$22.00 - $25.00 Hourly
