optimization<\/b> of advanced battery systems<\/b>, with a focus on lithium -ion<\/b>, solid -state<\/b>, or next -generation chemistries<\/b>. This role is ideal.
For a hands -on engineer or scientist with a passion for innovation in energy
storage<\/b>, renewable integration<\/b>, and electric mobility<\/b>.

<\/div>Job Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>
Lead
research and development of advanced battery technologies<\/b>,
including material selection, cell design, and performance testing
<\/li>Analyse
electrochemical data to improve battery performance, safety, and longevity
<\/li>Collaborate
with cross -functional teams including materials scientists, manufacturing
engineers, and product managers
<\/li>Design
experiments to evaluate battery degradation<\/b>, thermal behaviour<\/b>,
and charging protocols<\/b>
<\/li>Develop
simulation models and testing frameworks for battery performance
optimization<\/b>
<\/li>Contribute
to technical papers, patents, and industry white papers
<\/li>Evaluate
new suppliers and materials for integration into battery systems
<\/li>Ensure
compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and environmental
requirements
<\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>
Required Skills<\/b>
<\/p>
Deep
understanding of electrochemistry<\/b>, battery materials<\/b>, and energy
storage systems<\/b>
<\/li>Hands -on
experience with lithium -ion<\/b>, solid -state<\/b>, or lithium -sulfur<\/b> battery technology
<\/li>Familiarity
with battery management systems (BMS)<\/b> and safety protocols
<\/li>Strong
analytical skills in battery performance, cycle life, and failure modes
<\/li>Proficiency
in lab instrumentation, test automation, and data interpretation tools
<\/li><\/ul>

Experience
