About the Opportunity
- Immediate opening for an Environmental & Land Use associate with 5-7 years' experience and a strong desire to focus on environmental regulatory matters, including Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) compliance and enforcement.
- Experience with hazardous, solid, medical, pharmaceutical, and/or controlled substance waste matters is preferred.
- Excellent writing skills, work experience, academic credentials, and interpersonal skills are required.
