Pay rate: $20.24 per hour. Shift: Saturday through Wednesday, 6:00AM-2:30PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Casual:Ability to perform the following duties along with all other duties as requested or assigned by the Maintenance management staff.
- Add water to batteries and document on daily log sheet.
- Change batteries for forklifts using battery-changing equipment and document on daily log sheet.
- Clean floors and bays using broom, etc.
- Safely operates industrial equipment based on successful certification.
- Uses protective equipment or clothing as required or as necessary. Responsible for using, maintaining and returning equipment, clothing, uniforms or other company issued property in the same condition as received.
- Performs all above duties accurately and safely according to company safety rules, policies and procedures.
Casual Experience Required:Entry level position. No experience required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must pass a 90lb. over the head lift test. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to safely perform the essential functions of all maintenance worker positions. The employee must be able to work the work schedule and may also be required to work long hours for consecutive days depending on warehouse demands and business needs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, electric equipment, chemicals, and vibration.
The noise level in the work environment is usually average to loud with a range of sounds, including driving loud equipment.
