They are looking for a Key Account Manager in Romania.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic, long-term, and trusting relationships with key accounts in the photovoltaics sector.
- Serve as the main liaison between management and customers, ensuring alignment with the company’s sales and annual turnover targets.
- Identify and seize opportunities to drive sales of new products within our growing portfolio.
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailor-made solutions that maximize satisfaction and value.
- Oversee key projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and top-quality execution.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profitability while ensuring customer retention.
- Provide management with accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Key Account Management or Sales role, within the photovoltaics / renewable energy industry.
- Proven project management and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills — a true relationship builder.
- Aptitude in networking and developing long-term business partnerships.
- Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet critical deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and persuasive presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent command of Romanian (min. C1) and English (min. B2).
- Valid driving license (Group B) required.
