Roofing Inspector

Compensation: Hourly wage plus gas card and vehicle stipend or company truck
Key Responsibilities

Conduct Comprehensive Roof Inspections
Perform detailed inspections of residential roofs to assess condition, identify damage, and determine repair or replacement needs.

Work Directly with Homeowners
Communicate inspection results clearly and professionally; educate homeowners on recommended next steps, repair processes, and timelines.

Documentation & Reporting
Capture accurate notes, measurements, photographs, and inspection summaries. Ensure all documentation is completed thoroughly and submitted in a timely manner.

Insurance Coordination
Assist homeowners through the insurance claims process by identifying storm-related damage, providing proper documentation, and meeting with insurance adjusters when required.

Professional Representation
Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service at all times while representing the company in the field.

Safety Compliance
Follow company and industry safety protocols, including proper ladder usage, PPE requirements, and jobsite best practices.
Qualifications

Experience in roofing inspections, roofing sales, construction, or insurance adjusting (preferred)

Strong understanding of residential roofing systems and storm-related damage

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to create clear, detailed inspection reports and documentation

Comfortable working outdoors and at heights

Professional demeanor with a strong focus on homeowner experience

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
