The Cooling and Power Scheduler is responsible for managing the regional scheduling of jobs across three lines of business, ensuring technicians with the appropriate skill sets are assigned in a timely and efficient manner. This role plays a key part in maintaining service delivery standards, minimizing downtime, and supporting billing accuracy by aligning job execution with cost timelines.
Working closely with Field Managers, Parts Managers, and Service Delivery Coordinators, the Scheduler monitors the regional work order pipeline, coordinates site access and escort requirements, and ensures all parts-dependent jobs are scheduled with consideration of ETA and project urgency. This role supports both enterprise and national accounts and contributes directly to operational success and customer satisfaction. This role is onsite in our Lake Mary, Florida office.
