What You’ll Bring
Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, environmental science, safety, business administration, or related field. Or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of experience in EHS management, compliance programs, or consulting.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects, travel up to 60%, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, analytical, and technical writing skills.
Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Preferred:
Experience implementing corporate EHS management systems and standards.
Background in developing health and safety programs (chemical management, occupational health, process safety, industrial hygiene).
Passion for sustainability and continuous improvement in EHS performance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct EHS compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
Support development and implementation of environmental management systems and programs.
Prepare plans, permits, and procedures for air quality, hazardous waste, spill prevention, stormwater, and wastewater.
Provide on-site EHS compliance support and training at client facilities.
Assist with construction safety oversight and verification audits for capital projects.
Develop technical proposals and contribute to business development efforts.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat engagements.
