Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain a clean job site and shake out material to the field
Bolt up clamps for solar panels<\/span><\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Hoist torque tubes into position and align\/secure torque tubes
Set drive motors<\/span><\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Install of dampeners and linkage between drive motors
Set\/install solar modules<\/span><\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Tighten of bolts to the proper torque specifications
Receive\/stock materials and maintain accurate inventory
<\/span><\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Quality control for the scope of work
<\/span><\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain tools used for installation in proper working condition
Follow safety policies and procedures
<\/span><\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>General cleanup of materials and debris<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/p>
Qualifications<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with construction projects is preferred but not required.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies used on solar construction projects<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to perform heavy lifting\/pushing\/pulling of material weighing 50 pounds
<\/span><\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to squat, crawl and work in awkward positions\/confined spaces
Unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders, upper\/lower back, visual acuity, depth and color perception
<\/span><\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven commitment to safety and teamwork
<\/span><\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
<\/span><\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Self\-motivated with the ability to work well with others
Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
<\/span><\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Must have reliable transportation to the job site<\/span>
