To reinforce our Business Development<\/b> department for Italy, we
are looking for a Business Development Analyst / Associate / Manager<\/b> to
support the coordination and delivery of various workstreams related to the
development of Solar PV and Battery projects in Italy. This person will be
based in Milan (with the possibility of hybrid remote working).<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/div>What you’ll do<\/span><\/u>

vary depending on the experience]:<\/span><\/i>
<\/p>
Advance project development –
Lead and support the permitting process of Galileo’s PV and BESS pipeline from
early -stage to Ready -to -Build, and potentially through pre -construction;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Coordinate internal and
external stakeholders – Engage with public administrations, landowners,
consultants, and Transmission/Distribution System Operators (TSO/DSO);<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Perform technical and feasibility assessments
– Review project layouts and design documentation, conduct site visits, and
assess technical, environmental, and grid -connection aspects;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Manage third -party suppliers –
Supervise and coordinate consultants, engineers, and permitting partners
throughout the project lifecycle.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Monitor regulatory
developments – Stay abreast of changes in Italian renewable energy legislation,
permitting frameworks, and grid regulations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Continuously grow your
expertise – Maintain and expand your technical and professional skillset in
line with Galileo’s evolving business focus and needs.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
What you’ll need: <\/span><\/u>
<\/p>
Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or
a related technical discipline; <\/span>
<\/span><\/li>At least 2 years of experience (Analyst), 4 years
(Associate), or more than 7 years (Manager) in development of utility -scale
renewable energy projects within IPPs or developers active in the Italian
market;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Solid understanding of the Italian administrative and
permitting processes for renewable projects, and ability to keep up to date
with evolving regulations; <\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Familiarity with CAD -based design tools for PV and
BESS projects is an advantage;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Native Italian speaker (or equivalent) and with good
knowledge of English; <\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Project management and goal -oriented mindset,
effectiveness and tenacity to achieve targets; <\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Clear, logical and helpful communication style, with
an ability to dig into the detail as well as step -back and communicate the
bigger picture pragmatically and succinctly.<\/span>
