What You’ll Bring
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
4+ years of EHS experience across sectors such as technology, biotech, manufacturing, energy, or chemicals.
Strong knowledge of California and federal EHS regulations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Ability to travel within Southern California and occasionally beyond.
Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

Preferred:
Master’s degree in a related discipline.
Professional certifications (CSP, CIH, or equivalent).
Experience managing teams, budgets, and complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement cutting-edge safety programs, including IIPP, hazard communication, and process safety systems.
Conduct audits, assessments, and data analysis to identify risks and deliver actionable solutions.
Provide training and coaching to improve client safety performance.
Collaborate with executives to integrate EHS strategies into core business objectives.
Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Ensure quality and compliance across all project deliverables.
For the Managing Consultant, Environmental Health and Safety position, the anticipated annual base pay is $100,474 – $127,553USD. Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
