A leading renewable energy company in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist<\/b> to manage and optimise its IT infrastructure and cloud systems. This is a hands -on technical role that requires strong expertise in Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>
Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco networks, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Manage Azure and AWS<\/b> environments, ensuring performance, security, and cost efficiency.
<\/p><\/li>
Support system automation through PowerShell, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph API<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Oversee device compliance, data security, and disaster recovery systems.
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain IT documentation, policies, and compliance (including POPIA)
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>
Degree in IT or Computer Science.<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
8+ years’ experience<\/b> in IT support with Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud platforms.
<\/p><\/li>
Certifications such as MS -700/MS -900, CCNA/CCNP, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or Azure Administrator<\/b> advantageous.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong knowledge of SQL, routing, switching, and cybersecurity controls<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Excellent problem -solving, communication, and documentation skills.
